Reminder: Israeli cellphone prefix change + update

As of 01/11/2004, gradually, the old telephone numbers (9 digits
including prefix) will be barred and a recording will play the new
number for the customer to dial.

The Israeli Ministry of Communications is now working on its next
project, number portability which will allow land line numbers to be
transfered with its prefix from one land line company to another and to
allow cellphone numbers to be transfered with its prefix between
cellular companies.
