Weird!! Microsoft seems to be promoting Google!!!

It seems Microsoft is promoting Google, in this MS Partner Pack they
included the Google Desktop!!!

This is what Microsoft says about the product:

"

Google Deskbar™ lets you search using Google right from your deskto
p,
even when your browser isn’t running. Search from the Google Deskbar
search box located within your Windows taskbar. Or type the Ctrl+Alt+G
keyboard shortcut to jump to the Google Deskbar instantly. Search
results appear in a “mini-viewer” window that closes automa
tically
when you’re done. This lets you find facts, check spelling or look
up
URLs without interrupting your work on an email or a document. Google
Deskbar supports features like Google News, Images and Froogle, and you
can even add plug-ins (see http://deskbar.google.com) to access more
information sources.

How Google Deskbar Works:

Anytime you’re connected to the Internet, simply type Ctrl+Alt+G or
click in the Deskbar search box that lives in the Windows taskbar at
the bottom of your screen.
Type in your search term and press Enter.
Search results appear in a “mini-viewer” window that automa
tically
closes when you click back to your program. The mini-viewer fills less
than one-quarter of a typical computer screen. But if you’d prefer
to
view your results in all their full-scale glory, Deskbar can produce
them in a full browser window from the Options… dialog box.
Google Deskbar Features:

You can use numerous Google search features like Google News, Google
Images and Froogle.
You can add plug-ins to your Google Deskbar to get information from
virtually any web site or information source (to learn more about
Google Deskbar plug-ins, visit http://deskbar.google.com).
