Each printer has an ID . . .

In Indiana Scientists found a way to check which printer
(brand/kind/type) printed each document by feeding it to a program
which mathematicaly checks the way the printer spread the ink/toner.
The program identifies correctly 11 out of 12 checks and identifies
deskjet and laser printers.
