Copying audio cd's to become legalised in Israel!

The Israeli ministry of justice is proposing a new law allowing private
individuals to make personal copys of music for private and non
commercial use only.
Under the new law the customers will pay a tax of about five percent on
digital players (MP3 etc. . .) and cd's intended for this use.
There will be a higher tax for reusble items suchs as mp3 players with
a hard drive of memory card/unit.
Not all cd's will be taxed only those intended for burning music and
the only difference between them will be that taxed cd's are legal for
burning music on them and regular non taxed cd's will still be an
offence under the law for those who choose to use them for this
purpose.
The tax will be charged directly from the Israeli CD/Equipment
Manufacturers and Importers.
